Enhanced Resolution

Description of Enhanced Resolution converter components from the Schematic Editor core library, which support real-time simulation of converter blocks using HIL device clock period as a simulation timestep (down to 3.5 ns).

Some converter components can be simulated on a specialized solver platform called UltraCore, which is a dedicated FPGA resource (see FPGA solver basics for more details). When a converter block is simulated using the UltraCore, the simulation time step that's used to simulate the internal dynamics of the converter is smaller than the simulation timestep which is used for the rest of the circuit, thus providing the enhanced time resolution.
