Typhoon HIL, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Specialist to join our global marketing team.

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in creating, managing, and analyzing integrated marketing campaigns to enhance awareness of Typhoon HIL, Inc., and its product offerings. We’re seeking an experienced digital marketing professional with a proven track record in marketing automation, demand generation, and inbound marketing. The ideal candidate will lead and execute multi-channel campaigns to drive engagement, leveraging data analytics to enhance our digital presence and drive strategic market growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with KPIs and overarching business goals.
  • Develop and implement email marketing campaigns, newsletters, webinars, and customer engagement strategies using HubSpot.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to identify opportunities for continuously optimizing marketing strategies for lead nurturing.
  • Collaborate with sales leads to strategize and implement targeted marketing campaigns aimed at generating MQL to SQL.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid search and social advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels to enhance brand visibility.
  • Implement SEO strategies and optimize website content to improve organic rankings and drive traffic effectively.
  • Collaborate with the content team to maintain, update, and align website content with digital marketing goals.
  • Analyze and enhance website performance using tools like Google Analytics examining user pathways and monitoring conversion flows within web traffic.
  • Regularly monitor and report on KPIs related to website, paid social, and HubSpot CRM performance.
  • Formulate and execute market research to craft a competitive digital strategy, while identifying emerging trends and meeting customer needs.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and platform updates to implement best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or related field. 
  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing. 
  • Proficient in HubSpot CRM. 
  • A deep understanding of email marketing tools and strategies. 
  • Proficient in managing Google Analytics, AdWords, Tag Manager, and Data Studio, as well as various paid social media platforms. 
  • Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and measure campaign success and identify opportunities for optimization. 
  • Creative problem-solving skills for solution-based approaches. 
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills. 
  • Experience in WordPress, with optional knowledge of basic HTML and CSS is a plus but not required. 
  • Adobe experience is advantageous but not required.
