HIL dSpace Interface Cards
To help kick-start your control development with dSPACE rapid control prototyping (RCP) devices, Typhoon HIL offers a selection of HIL dS interface cards. Using a HIL dS Interface Card provides seamless plug and play experience where all necessary analog and digital inputs and outputs are routed to Typhoon HIL4 and HIL6 series device front IO connectors.
Ideal Sandbox for Power Electronics Control Development
In less than 5 minutes, you can connect your dSPACE rapid control prototyping (RCP) hardware to a Typhoon HIL real-time simulator, map all the signals, adjust scaling gains, build a real-time simulation model in Typhoon Schematic Editor, click compile and start running real-time simulation with the closed loop control.
If you are using dSPACE MicroLabBox for RPC, you only need a HIL dS Interface (Type-B or Type-C) and one of our ultra-high fidelity real-time HIL emulators to start “test driving” your controller. HIL dS Interface cards provides a pin-to-pin compatible interface between all Typhoon HIL emulators (4-Series and 6-Series) and the dSPACE’s MicroLabBox, top panel variant, as well DS1103 and DS1104 controllers.
Take advantage of our vast array of ultra high-fidelity power electronics and electric motor models to validate the performance of your controller under any condition, including faults.
This helps you to:
- Start testing and validating your dSPACE MicroLabBox rapid control prototyping code early
- Test early and test often
- Start preparing test scripts early in the design phase
