Permanent Magnet Synchronous Machines with Spatial Harmonic | Tutorial

In this tutorial, we will present to you the new feature from our machine library, more precisely from the Permanent Magnet Synchronous Machine.

The main motivation for improvement in this library is a more realistic representation of the permanent magnet synchronous machine model and the ability to directly import look-up tables from Finite Element Analysis tools like JMAG as well.

Benefits from this feature:

• Now we have a very high-fidelity model of permanent magnet synchronous machines
• An electrical machine can now be approximated even more realistically
• Direct import of look-up tables from Finite Element Analysis tools, like JMAG
