Electrical Bus Selector

Describes the Electrical Bus Selector component in Schematic Editor.

Component Not Supported: This component is not currently supported in TyphoonSim. Adding this component to your model will prevent you from being able to run your model in TyphoonSim. Please disable or remove this component from your model before attempting to run your model in TyphoonSim mode.

Description

The Electrical Bus Selector component can filter and reorder wires of a bus connected to the all terminal. The expected Bus size of the original bus needs to be defined in the component mask, and wires to be removed should be unchecked. If desired, the order of the wires can also be changed. A new bus is then created and can be accessed through the selected terminal.

Ports

- Electrical terminal of dimension n = bus_size. The original bus should be connected to this port.

- Electrical terminal with the dimension equal to the number of selected wires.

Properties

Bus size
- Size of the original bus.
All bus wires
- Displays all bus wires and enables selecting which wires will pass through.
Selected bus wires
- Displays the selected bus wires
Order
- Allows changing the order of the selected bus wires
