System Architecture

This section describes the system architecture of Typhoon HIL devices

Real-time only: This document is valid only for real-time/VHIL simulation.

As explained in System architecture basics, signal processing component models are executed on general purpose CPUs, typically at slower execution rates. Detailed information on user, system, and communication CPUs for all supported devices is provided in Table 1.
