2. Check if your company/university name is listed under "Customer Site".
If the customer site field states any of the following: Virtual HIL demo, Virtual Microgrid Testbed, TyphoonSim Beta then you are not entitled to subscription-based technical support and should seek community help here on the forum.
You can gain access to support service by obtaining the proper activation key supplied with the purchase of your HIL testbed.
