What is wrong that I get this warning?

That warning tells you that, in case you short-circuit the inverter (switch permutation where all switches are closed), you will have a topological conflict between the switches and the voltage source of the DC link. Since you will probably never short-circuit your inverter, that will never actually happen. If you want to remove that ugly warning, you can just place some resistor in series with the voltage source. Even 1uOhm will remove the warning.
