Project Manager for Customer Solutions

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager for Customer Solutions with extensive experience in the software industry, including automotive software. This role demands a blend of technical expertise and robust project management skills, ideally with a solid engineering background and the natural tendency to share the knowledge and take part in developing team members with limited project management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage customer solution projects, ensuring they align with Typhoon HIL’s strategic objectives and meet client expectations. 
• Develop and implement efficient project management frameworks, using methodologies like OKR, Agile, Lean, and Scrum.
• Engage with key stakeholders to define project goals, deliverables, and resources.
• Mentor and coach junior team members, nurturing a learning environment that encourages knowledge sharing and professional growth.
• Drive the creation and expansion of globally distributed local technical sales centers.
• Analyze market trends to ensure projects cater to real business needs and stakeholder value.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management in the software industry, projects related to automotive software projects or similar. 
• Proven track record of managing multiple, simultaneous projects. 
• Strong foundation in engineering; a degree from the Faculty of Technical Sciences in Novi Sad or a comparable institution is highly regarded. 
• PMP and/or PRINCE2 certification; MBA or similar advanced degree is a plus. 
• Demonstrated leadership and mentorship skills, with a focus on team development. 
• Extensive knowledge and practical application of project management methodologies.
